Love Sudo and the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

A global pandemic, our customers, and helping each other out.

By now, you’ve no doubt received a lot of emails from a lot of companies explaining how their services will be impacted by the sweeping changes to working methodologies and requests from the various government entities to lower the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the global populace. Here at Love Sudo, we’ve received no less than 30 different emails just this week alone (and it’s only Monday!).

We wanted to take a moment and explain how our services will be impacted during this time of social distancing and in some cases forced isolation. Remember, if you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach out to us.

How are our services affected?

Rest assured that our services are just as healthy as usual. Due to the nature of our business, everything we do is in the cloud, and this offers a robust and resilient way of working.

How are payments affected?

Due to the physical and financial restrictions put on many of our clients, some work has been chosen to be handled pro-bono. If you are impacted by that, we will notify you when we send out your invoice.

If you are unable to pay your invoice, contact us immediately. We will happily work with you to ensure we don’t add to your troubles during these uncertain times.
