What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
Information given when submitting a contact form is used for the purpose of handling your inquiry. This includes your name, email, and the subject matter of your inquiry. If you select to have this content deleted after your request is handled, it will be done so as long as it is legally appropriate.

When you visit this site, a cookie is created to help track what part of the site you visit. We value privacy and use a self-hosted instance of Matomo. Your IP address is sent to our analytics platform using a form of anonymity and thus cannot be used to track you or identify you, your location, or where you go.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with
Except for the above examples, no data collected on this site is shared with anyone, though if you reach out through the contact form, we make use of Google Suite for handling email.

How long we retain your data
We hold onto your contact information for only as long as you would like us. If you request it be deleted immediately after handling your inquiry, we do. If our contact leads to us working together, we follow a general rule of thumb of keeping the information in order to fulfil whatever contract we develop together.
